"Black Swan", directed by Darren Aronofsky (2010)

It's not often I leave a cinema feeling emotionally disturbed, but we saw "Black Swan" at a preview last night and this morning I'm still getting over it ! This is an exceptional film which you should not miss. It tells the story of the mental deterioration of a ballet dancer as she competes for and wins the lead role in "Swan Lake". Natalie Portman is superb in the lead role and is well supported by the rest of the cast, in particular Barbara Hershey as her crazy mother.
